Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we don't, and how long it sticks around.
Last updated: 21 Oct 2026
The short version
- → Documents you generate or upload are auto-deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
- → Browser-only tools (calculators, formatters, generators) never send your input to our servers at all.
- → We never see your card or UPI details — Razorpay handles payments directly.
- → Free pages carry Google AdSense ads; paid plans remove them.
What this site does with your data
Exalted Solution ("we", "us") operates Exalted Tools at https://tools.exaltedsolution.com, a tools subdomain of exaltedsolution.com. This page explains what happens to information you give us when you use our tools.
Files you upload or generate
- → Tools like the Invoice, Quotation, GST Invoice, Receipt, and Purchase Order generators, and the PDF/Word/Image tools, process the data you enter or upload on our server to produce your document.
- → Generated files and any uploaded source files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours, whether or not you download them.
- → Tools marked as running "entirely in your browser" (JSON Formatter, UUID Generator, Password Generator, Base64/URL encoders, QR Generator, Business Card Generator, Percentage Calculator, Age Calculator, EMI Calculator, GST Calculator, Discount Calculator, BMI Calculator, SIP Calculator, Loan Calculator, Simple Interest Calculator, Compound Interest Calculator) never send your input to our servers at all — everything happens on your device.
- → We don't manually review the content of documents you generate.
Account information
If you create an account (needed for the GST Invoice tool, saved templates, and Business/Developer plans), we store your name, email, company name, and GSTIN if you provide one, so we can pre-fill your documents and manage your subscription.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details — Razorpay handles that directly and shares with us only your payment status and the plan you purchased.
API usage (Developer plan)
We log the endpoint, timestamp, and response time of each API call for billing and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not log the content of API request bodies beyond what's needed to generate your requested document, and that content follows the same 24-hour deletion policy as uploads above.
Advertising
Free-tier pages display ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Business and Business Pro plan subscribers do not see ads.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting connect@exaltedsolution.com. Since most document data already auto-deletes within 24 hours, there is typically little to remove beyond your account profile.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially.
