Exalted Solution operates Exalted Tools at https://tools.exaltedsolution.com, a tools subdomain of exaltedsolution.com, providing free and paid tools for generating business documents (invoices, quotations, receipts, purchase orders, GST invoices, business cards), processing PDFs/Word documents/images, and developer/marketing utilities.

Free-tier tools are provided as-is, supported by advertising, and produce documents with a small watermark. We may change, limit, or discontinue free features at any time.

Business (₹299/mo) and Business Pro (₹999/mo) plans remove ads and watermarks and unlock additional features as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. API access is billed on a credit basis. Credits are consumed per successful request and do not carry an expiry unless stated otherwise at purchase. Excessive or abusive use (e.g. attempting to circumvent rate limits, scraping, or reselling access without authorization) may result in API key revocation without refund.

You retain ownership of any data, text, or files you upload or generate using our tools. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any file you submit (e.g. to the PDF, Word, or Image tools) and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights or contain unlawful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Invoices, GST invoices, receipts, and similar documents generated by our tools are provided as formatting aids. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the figures, tax calculations, and legal compliance of any document you issue to a third party — including GST rate correctness and CGST/SGST/IGST classification. We do not provide tax or legal advice, and generated documents should be reviewed before use in any official or legal context.

Don't use this site to generate fraudulent documents, upload malware, attempt to breach our systems, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss beyond our stated retention policy, or errors in generated documents.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
